Refund Policy

At Licensedealshub, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The license key is non-functional and cannot be replaced.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from its description.
  • The order was duplicated due to a technical error.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • The product has been successfully activated.
  • The customer purchased the wrong item.
  • The customer’s system does not meet the product requirements.
  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
